SECOND-HAND ITEMS POLICY

All items sold at Gozo Thrift Shop are pre-loved, second-hand goods that have been carefully inspected and described. Please note:

• Items are sold as-is with condition clearly noted in product descriptions and photos
• We accept returns within 7 days only if the item significantly differs from the description or photos provided
• Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs
• For local pickup orders: please inspect items before leaving our location
• Due to the unique nature of thrift items, all sales are considered final unless the item is materially different from what was described
